MHADA to announce lottery for more than 14,000 houses and shops before Lok Sabha election | Mhada Lottery 2019
Officials of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) have announced a scheme that is bound to connect the happiness and hopes of the people who are expecting a home in Mumbai and Maharashtra. According to the reports, before the Lok Sabha elections, the MHADA is ready to complete the allotment of about 14,000 houses through lottery draws.
In the coming days, the date of the lottery can be announced. Flats are located in MHADA plans in Mumbai, Konkan, Pune, Nashik and Aurangabad areas. It is also said that the State Government will announce the lottery before the implementation of Model Code of Conduct for the Lok Sabha elections, as it was announced by MHADA president Uday Samant.
MHADA will announce the lottery of 238 houses and 107 shops in Mumbai. 1000 homes in Nashik, 4464 house in Pune, 800 houses in Aurangabad and 9000 houses for Konkan division will be announced. Manda Ghar will be available in the Konkan division at Kalyan-Dombivli, Khoni, Antarkali place. According to Samant, the residential property prices in Mumbai’s Tunga area will be reduced.

Mhada Samant said, “Private builders have not paid the tax of Rs. 130 crore to Mhada, so we are planning to file a case against these builders.”
With this big announcement of MHADA president, the dreams of ordinary citizens dreaming to build a house in Mumbai or Maharashtra are likely to be completed.
